Snow Drifting in Furrows

Wander through a country field deep with snow and you find the haunting stillness of a new world revealed. Senses are heightened to discover what was once invisible… tracks of the cottontail, keening of a prairie hawk, the wind talking to old leaves. Created with stone, Kansas salt, Smoky Hill river silt, limestone, prairie plant ash, eroded sandstone, field quartz, rainwater and paint.
